To be a wÜLF about your dream means…

  • Loyalty & Teamwork.

Wolves are fiercely loyal to their pack and work together to achieve a common goal that benefits the whole pack. We can all learn from this by understanding our place within our respective communities or teams that we form - contributing, working in unison, and staying ten toes loyal.

  • Communication.

Wolves are expert communicators, able to direct an entire pack with a howl, snarl, growl, look, or using their body language. We can all be better communicators. Communication is the lifeblood of humanity. We can't survive, nor can we thrive without effective communication.

  • Respect For Boundaries.

Wolves have a complex social structure, communication style, hunting system, and territory - all of which incorporate a respect for boundaries. If we want to maintain healthier relationships with ourselves, each other, and the environments we operate in, more boundary setting is essential.

  • Relentlessness.

Wolves are notoriously persistent when hunting down their prey. They don’t give up easily and will chase their quarry for miles if necessary. We can learn from this by being more steadfast in the pursuit of our goals. The "Dream" will not become a reality without grit, will power, and an unrelenting vision of where (and who) you want to be.

  • Pathfinder.

Wolves navigate through the wild with an innate ability to find the clearest path. We too can harness our inner pathfinders by discerning the right direction amidst life’s uncertain routes, and daring to carve a trail where none exists. Embracing the pathfinder means pioneering with purpose, leading with confidence, and guiding those who look to us for direction. To find the path and to walk it, you need the pack.

  • Endurance.

In the expansive wilderness, the endurance of a wolf is legendary—surviving harsh climates, enduring long migrations, and outlasting their quarry. Their resilience is an example for us. In business, as in life, it's about running the marathon, not the sprint. We must channel willpower to overcome obstacles, fatigue, and adversity, ensuring that we reach our goals and cross the finish line regardless of the terrain we encounter.

  • Failing To Succeed

Wolves don't always succeed when they hunt for quarry. Within every failed hunt is a lesson to be learned. Like Kaizen, the Japanese methodology of continuous improvement, wolves get better after each hunt. We can learn from this by recognizing that failure is the natural byproduct of innovation and learning. The ability to maintain focus during temporary setbacks is a key element in keeping your proverbial claws and instincts sharp. The ability to learn new things and feel awkward while gaining wisdom through effort is the path to inner & outer success. As Above So Below. As Without, As Within.
